The Francofilm Festival sheds its skin and returns on the first Week of March with a special emphasize on Francophone and arab movies! 

Coordinated by the French Embassy in the United Arab Emirates, for its ninth edition, the Francofilm Festival reunites three partnering Embassies and is housed by a new partner: Cinema Akil.

The Belgian, Swiss and Canadian Embassies are presenting, with France, nine feature films to celebrate the French language and the Francophone artistic creation. The focus of this year, dedicated to Franco-Arab films  underlines the richness and the variety of contemporary co-productions.

From the 1st to the 9th of May 2019, discover in Cinema Akil in Dubai, and Manarat Al Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, the selected films this year!
