One week ago, the United Arab Emirates urged their residents to organize the lockdown in order to fight against Corona outbreak.
Under these circumstances, the Institut français in the UAE has made a selection of several cultural initiatives set up by French cultural institutions. We hope that these cultural offers will contribute to your spiritual evasion despite the isolation and the exceptional situation we are living in.
We have also added initiatives that have been launched by the French Ministry of Culture with “Culture chez nous“, and the Institut français in Paris, which has made all its content available on Culturethèque free of charge until May31.
This list will be regularly updated, so don’t hesitate to let us know if you’ve heard about cultural initiatives you would like to share with us!
Another article will be published soon highlighting the cultural initiatives set up by Emirati institutions. In the meantime, stay home!
