Description of the exam

The Delf Junior exam is aimed at teenagers from 11-12 to around 18 years old, educated from college to high school.

Public: teenagers from 11-12 to around 18 years old, educated from middle school to high school.
Levels assessed: A1
The DELF Junior gives the right to issue a diploma identical to that of the DELF version for the general public (adult).

DELF A1 for schools highlights the first knowledges in French language of teenagers between 12 and 18 years old. DELF A1 for schools recognizes basic knowledge. It is the most basic level at which a language is used, called the “discovery” stage.
