The World Conference and Creative Economy 2021 is a platform for industry players and stakeholders to exchange ideas, solve challenges, discuss new opportunities and network to support growth of the global creative economy.
Hosted by the UAE Ministry of Culture and Youth, under the leadership of Her Excellency H.E. Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, this landmark celebration of global creativity will be held from 7 – 9 December, 2021 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in the heart of Expo 2020.
On this occasion Cite du Design will attend a conference on December 7, about building creative cities and will explore how cities can be developed to support blended cultural realms and social prosperty. The panel will discuss the importance of facilitating creative clusters and entrepreneurial ecosystem through the right policies and infrastructure.
The 2021 programme will be organised around six broad themes that will collectively define the future of the global creative economy:
